The Bottom Bracket Grease Injector Tool designed for Chris King Bottom Brackets.

1. Tool is for the Chris King Press Fit 30, Thread Fit 30 and T47-30 Bottom Brackets

2. Tool is for the Chris King Press Fit 24, Thread Fit 24 and T47-24 Bottom Brackets

The grease injector tool is machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear. This tool has 10 injector ports evenly spaced which provides a quicker fill time verses the “original 4-port tool”. The tool is designed to be used in conjunction with any universal grease gun via the zerk fitting provided.

 

 

Head Set and Bottom Bracket Press Tool

The Large Press System is designed to install press fit bottom brackets and headsets.

The Press Body is machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear. The body is anodized a Matte Black.  The ergonomic handles are machined from 300 series stainless steel. 

 The 1/2” ACME Threaded Rod[s] are 12.0” (305mm) or 15.0” (380mm) in length.

 

 

 



Bottom Bracket Alignment Adapter

The Bottom Bracket Alignment Adapter - A lot of mechanics press in one bottom bracket bearing assembly at a time. Well the first assembly is always the hardest because the bottom bracket press tool just presses on the face of the BB Shell. So the alignment adapter centers the tool by registering inside the bottom bracket shell. The alignment adapter fits 41mm (BB86/92), 42mm (BB30) & 46mm (PF30) bottom bracket shells.

The Bottom Bracket Alignment Adapter is machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear. The Adapter is compatible with the Park Headset Press (HHP-2) or any press with a .625"(15.9mm) Diameter Shaft.

Press Fit Bottom Bracket Removal Tool

The Press Fit Bottom Bracket Removal Tool – Removes Shimano, SRAM, Race Face & Chris King Bottom Brackets in BB30, PF30, BB90/95 and BB86/92 formats. This tool is designed to remove press fit bottom brackets without damaging the BB or the frame. The driver is 6-1/2” (165mm) in length so it will work with Fat Bikes and DH Bikes.  The tool includes 24mm and 30mm removal collet.

The Press Fit Bottom Bracket Removal Tool is machined from 300 series stainless steel which creates a shop quality tool.

Bearing Press System

The Bearing Press System installs the following sizes: 6000, & 6900, (10mm ID); 6001, 6801, & 6901 (12mm ID); 1526, 6002, 6802, & 6902 (15mm ID); 6003, 6803, & 6903 (17mm ID); 6804, & 6904 (20mm ID); 2437 (24mm ID); 6805 (25mm ID); 6806 (30mm ID).

The Bearing Press Handles are machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear. Ergonomic handles to ensure consistent bearing pressure while reducing hand fatigue. The 3/8-12 ACME rod.

These Bottom Bracket Press Adapters are for BB30, PF30, BB86/92, BB90/95, BBright, 386EVO, SRAM DUB press fit systems.  The Press Adapters are machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear.

Option 2 - The BB30 Bottom Bracket Installation Adapter Tool - These press adapters are for the Cannondale’s BB30 Bearing System that presses directly in the frames BB Shell. Red Anodized.

Option 3 - The PF30 Press Fit Bottom Bracket Installation Adapters for 46mm x 73.0mm or 68.0mm Bottom Bracket Shells. These press adapters are for the Press Fit 30 Bottom Bracket Assemblies that houses the 6806 Bearing in a composite or aluminum shell. This Installs the following Press Fit Systems: Chris King PF30, SRAM: PF30, Race Face: X-Type Press Fit 30, and other PF30 Bottom Bracket Systems. Green Anodized.

Option 4 - The 41mm ID Press Fit Bottom Bracket Press Adapters - Set includes two Press Adapters which can be used in conjunction with a Park HHP-2/3 bearing cup press. Installs Shimano BB86 & BB92 Press Fit Systems, SRAM Press Fit GXP, Race Face X-Type Press Fit, Chris King PF24 and other press fit BB systems. Black Anodized.

Option 5 - The BB90/95 – 37mm ID Press Fit Bottom Bracket Installation Adapters for 24mm Crank Spindles. These adapters install the 2437 (37x24x7) bearing directly into the Trek frames which allows Shimano 24mm Cranks and SRAM: GXP Cranks into Trek frames. Purple Anodized.
